What I hope to achieve, and how I go about it

Mission
My goal with therapy is to support you through whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, and to equip you with knowledge and skills to improve your well-being
Approach
I use a person-centered approach when working with clients, and draw on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. However, I also know that one-size does not fit all, and that the approach needs to be tailored to each client, with a strong focus on developing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and support.
